Our Color PPF is non-hydrophobic in order to achieve full overlap during installation without the risk of lifting or peeling down the line. A ceramic coating may be applied after installation to add a layer of hydrophobic coating to the top coat.
The lifespan of the film is heavily dependent on the aftercare process and how well the vehicle is taken care of but it is rated from the factory with a 5-year guarantee.
